3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.2 Refunds

In no event shall Wave Travelers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or travel experiences.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Wave Travelers shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, airline strikes, or technical failures.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the Wave Travelers website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Wave Travelers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
